What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete:

• Your profile and account information
• Your pet profiles and related records
• Your phone number and contact details
• App activity and usage history associated with your account

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal/regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted.

How to request deletion

Enter the phone number linked to your Petso account below and submit the request. This will open your email app with a pre-filled message to our support team. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and will confirm by replying to your email.
